HaShem is so good. I couldn’t calm down but YouTube suggestion came from heaven. A long-pulled from airways show: nature visuals w/psalms & hymns. I used to watch this when I’d get off my job as addictions therapist (stressful since I cared). I’d calm down w/ this show. Now too.
