Great. But St Augustine’s, the oldest Black Catholic Church in the US, has been in disrepair since Hurricane Ida. The roof still isn’t fixed. The sanctuary is still unusable. Considering Gayle makes a lot of money off Black athletes maybe she can show this church some love too
St. Louis Cathedral is sinking and needs major repairs. Gayle Benson is making plans to save it.

So this bbq shrimp sauce is similar to a beurre blanc: you start with a reduction, in this case dark beer, shrimp stock, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco, lemon juice etc, then emulsify butter into it. There is no roux, for those who have asked.
