Serious question y'all: If we have a referendum, how do we make sure they can't cheat?

In the early days of Ww2 the UK, and their vassal Canada, decided to quietly get control of the United States through 1) creating the CIA 2)infiltrating US media including news, Hollywood, publishing, and yes, music 3)doing anything necessary to swing public opinion in favor of Britain and her wants and policies. This included a vast and highly coordinated "cultural invasion"...and people fell for it. 😑 This Canadian guy helped enormously in setting up the networks that made it happen 👇👇
