@rpferhwh @ErRpf @RailwaySeva The complaint was raised against passenger of seat 72. He was disturbing from the very first and opening windows while keeping the bottle in one hand. No action was taken by on duty personnel and the smell from that person's mouth was very clear. Thanks for help at a later stage.

Hi @Uber_India , Requesting to remove surge fare and refund to original payment source at the earliest. PFA I use uber on a regular basis. Surge fare was not considered at the time of booking. Expecting a positive response with a refund so that I can always prefer uber. Thanks!!
