Whatβs a day without being outside? We worked together to tidy up the leaves & used them to create wildlife homes (including for hedgehogs). We learnt how to use the compost bins correctly & topped them up with natural matter & lunchtime scraps.π¦β»οΈπ @HogFriendly @Eco_schools

We held our Scots poem recitals this afternoon for Burns Night. We were blown away with the talent and confidence our pupils had and we all enjoyed listening to each other. Well done to our winners and to everyone who stood up and gave it a go.π΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώπ£οΈ @PKCTeach @LiteracyPKC1

Due to the weather warning for tomorrow, we took part in the @Natures_Voice Big Garden Birdwatch a day early. We created dens to quietly observe in and used our identification charts to tally up our bird sightings.π¦ββ¬π¦π @LoveOutdoorLea1 @EcoSchoolsInt
