No. Ratzinger’s theology of “Revelation” and “Tradition”, which was to a great extent integrated in Vatican II’s Dei Verbum, is the very theological ground that allows this relativism. Fighting relativism requires to adhere to pre-Vatican II notions of Tradition and Revelation.
