Do your ABCs+secondary survey. Get a good history, think of sympathomimetic toxicity, thyroid storm perhaps. Avoid BBlocker if patient drowsy and can’t give hx. Give alpha blockers, definitely a good dose of lorazepam/midazolam. Rule out intracranial bleeds. CALL FOR HELP.
