I really hope this is a joke. It's bad enough to criticize Israel's vibrant democracy. It's even worse to suggest the Palestinians are somehow better. Does anyone actually believe the Palestinian Authority is a democracy with an independent judiciary? 🧐🤔
We applaud President Abbas' decision to nullify the Supreme Council for Judicial Bodies and Authorities. An independent judiciary is essential for any successful society and crucial for any future Palestinian state. We welcome further PA initiatives aimed at improving governance.
