@notcapnamerica Juneteenth marks an Independence Day from slavery. July 4th is Indepedance Day for the people who decided to flee Europe because of religion and taxes. Black schools happened because we weren't permitted to attend PWIs. Black Beauty Awards were instituted because White folk.
