We're celebrating the first anniversary of Rockin’ River Ranch State Park on February 8, 2025. As Arizona’s 33rd state park and the first to open since 2016, the 209-acre park in Camp Verde offers a unique blend of history, nature, and recreation.

Arizona State Parks and Trails is launching our Visitor Survey this month to help our agency understand visitors' needs and priorities. The agency will conduct randomized surveys of campers, day-use visitors, and tour participants throughout 2025.

Know before you go! Check our website for specific park hours before heading on a holiday adventure. Many of our parks have holiday hours for their Visitor Centers and park stores on Christmas Eve and are closed on Christmas Day.

The free course created by @azgfd will include a 10-minute instructional video related to the safe operations of OHV vehicles followed by 20 multiple-choice questions. See the info linked in AZGFD's post below for more details. 👇
Beginning in January, owners registering off-highway vehicles (OHVs) will be required to take a free safety course before registering an OHV because of a new state law taking effect. Read more:
