6. The model shows we have water for 97 years vs. 100 years… the article is misleading, implying there’s some huge shortage. I would argue that 97% is pretty good, especially since we have the longest planning window for water of any state.

@amg_stpete @HawleyMO No, but it’s not hard to predict how they would react to a 10% cap on interest rates. They’ll pull back lending to all but the best credit. Others will get stuck with payday lenders and alternative sources of credit at even higher rates

@StockInTheCity @HawleyMO It would result in credit rationing and the growth of non-regulated or less regulated uses of credit. And retailers can bury the price of the credit into goods to skirt regulations
