@iibrhom_ And it is PARTIALLY COMPENSATED because the PH not fixed yet , we can say fully compensated if the ph is in the normal range Answer: Partially compensated metabolic acidosis If you want to look more into it ,the patient is a case of DKA the Glu is 26 u can read more about it
