@DonFSchneider @EconTraina @JaneWalerud @CarterDavisFin @TonBobrov @HannesMalmberg1 The paragraph in the paper is from an older version where we were looking at R&D intensity and found only a small difference. There might be a intensive vs extensive margin effect here too.
