Mike Faist is set to star in the upcoming film of the “Hunger Games” franchise, which will tell the story of how Haymitch won the games, according to Production Weekly.
The story will be set 40 years after the events of “The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes.”
aegon somehow always referring to alicent as “mother” even tho their relationship is just DIABOLICAL as opposed to aemond who started calling her by her first name and disrespected her just bcuz she was holding him accountable for the first time over something that was his fault
when you realise all the women on the show are just there to be rhaenyra’s cheerleaders and sidekicks and not one of them has her own ambition and goals.
Mysaria: character who originally had only self interest has become a cheerleader.
Baela: conveniently never wants anything.
Alicent: her ambition to protect her children is dead.
Alys: watered down into a fortune teller.
WHAT IS THIS SHOW’S BEEF WITH AMBITIOUS WOMEN???!
@hanneninas
they don’t understand that this isn’t a flex. rhaenyra despised it because of how awful it made her look!! these people don’t stan rhaenyra they stan daemon
Alicent revealing Gwayne’s location which indirectly is gonna get him killed just to please Rhaenyra when he was the only one who acknowledged all her sacrifices and pain she went through… RYAN CONDAL I FUCKING HATE YOU
Alicent’s entire arc in season 1 was to put her kids on the throne in order to protect them and that’s what she dedicated her entire life for. and now she’s simply willing to sacrifice them just to… run away?
well, visenya was a warrior who rode her dragon to war. also rhaenyra claimed she was usurped so using visenya who usurped the throne for her son as an example is fucking stupid. 😭
Daemon gets a whole redemption arc after years of grooming girls and murdering a toddler, Viserys gets nothing but praise even tho he was awful but Alicent has to shame herself and get humbled for doing absolutely nothing wrong?? they literally just wanna humiliate her.
“The next day Lord Corlys Velaryon, the Sea Snake, knelt before Queen Alicent as she sat upon the lower steps of the Iron Throne, as proxy for her son, and there pledged the king his loyalty and that of his house.”
wrong! this love is completely one sided. the writers centred Alicent’s entire character this season around Rhaenyra’s. they wanted to humble and shame her for the things she was justified in doing.
notice how the goalpost is always changing with alicent? last week they were blaming her for the entire thing and now that she’s feeling guilty about it and call it a punishment due to her “sins” they’re saying she’s making everything about herself. she literally can never win.
