Arkansas had a strong year in 2024, posting record employment numbers for 10 consecutive months. In December 2024, the state’s civilian labor force rose by 2,544 with 1,487 more Arkansans employed in the state. Compared to December 2023, there are 34,626 more Arkansans employed.
