Our research published online today @JACCJournals. Fibrotic AS is associated with female sex, ⬆️ BMI, autoimmune disease, HTN & tricuspid anatomy. Fibrotic AS may be a distinct clinical entity with a different pathogensis than calcific AS. @ThomPilgrim
