Have hope. This awareness about your sin is actually a sign of maturity in the faith. Dwell on the sorrow you feel for your sins, not shame. Shame is not a feeling that drives you to address the issue; sorrow is. Get yourself to the confessional and the prayer life will flow from that grace.

Every small victory in purity and virtue matters. Keep fighting. Keep praying. Grace is at work in you. "But the one who perseveres to the end will be saved." — Matthew 24:13
