I’m really at a crossroads with this account. I started it to share stats because I’m a nerd and I saw an interest. But now it’s turned into a hub for whingers, complainers and conspiracy theorists. People would rather talk about the crowd than the game and I’m worried I’m.

South Melbourne - the self-appointed biggest country in the land, playing their biggest game this century - 4,138 in attendance. Macarthur - who has no history and no fans - averaged 4,161 to its A-League games in 2023-24.
Tight contest at Lakeside. Still scoreless. In fairness to Macarthur, they're not used to playing in front of big crowds!!

What do you think will happen if the Mariners host the grand final? . In 2008, the Mariners had hosting rights but it was moved to the SFS because Gosford wasn't big enough. Personally, I'd have it Gosford regardless. If Mariners earn hosting rights, it should be there.

Auckland FC the first team to crack 100,000 fans for the 2024-25. They have 106,814 from six games for an average of 17,802. Interestingly, the New Zealand Knights attracted only 72,206 fans in all of its 21 home games, for an average of 3,438.
