ICYMI: @GovMikeDeWine announced his last Executive Budget proposal on Monday. Included in his proposal is funding for the Ohio College Opportunity Grant, which provides grants to low-income Ohio residents who want to attend college in Ohio. This means the biennial budget process is in full swing and the Ohio House of Representatives will begin committee hearings on the proposal.
