Not sure if many notice, but the level of "engineer" from India we're getting now is really bad. They know nothing, they are lazy and entitled. They will destroy themselves, just like they destroyed the piece of dirt they live on called India. We're all sitting back laughing. It's one failure from management after the next trying to make this outdated model work with the people they're getting now.

AI isn't building anything. It's a ruse. What's happened is Corps got their way and now have unbridled H1B and L1 access with renewals in the States and H1B's for life as well. With all the H1's onshore, they are running offshore teams 24/7. Corps are dumping everything to this model.

I can say for certain though, India is out of good people. The tech workers we get now are WAY below even par, and FAR below what we got 10 years ago. The new Indian workers only attribute is they speak English. Tech wise? I swear they're out of some Liberal Arts degree plan. But hey, they're not white male American AND they speak English!!!
