Student’s first day working with a hockey stick and we tried a series of adaptations: -Holding w/ assistance -Holding w/ Velcro -Attaching to chair w/ scarf -Attaching to chair w/ zip ties -Attaching to the chair w/ a clamp It took some failure but look at the student go!

@BigTennPhysEd My kiddos loved mystery stacking activity. I or them would set up the cups in crazy stacks behind a mat secretly. The students would work in partners or small groups, one at time peak at the mystery stack and work as a group to recreate it.

Visuals can be any symbol or picture to help a student be successful! Today a student needed a visual on the floor to assist with his hand dribbling. This helped him focus on the skill. He also chose his favorite emoji as a target visual for throwing. #AdaptedPE @SHAPEAmerica
