There’s no cap on the amount of red members. There’s a cap on the amount of seats in the emirates. Add in ST and Silvers. You’re fighting over a very small number.

Don’t know what to tell you, I’m technically more successful after the change. The only think that helps you chances is ticking the box that adds you to the ballot of all locations if not successful in your chosen one.
