Robert Bigelow made his money from property, and family had an enouncter which is where his interest came from. His first attempt into funding UFO research was by donating money to MUFON in the mid 90s, but the money was wasted and nothing productive was done. So Bigelow realised he had to run it himself and hire smart people, this is when he created NIDS and hired people like Hal Puthoff, Eric Davis, Jacques Vallee, Colm Helloher, John Alaxander, Edgar Mitchel, and many others to investigation all kinds of different phenomonon ranging from cattle mutilations to UFO's to abductions etc. This is where he bought a couple of ranches including skinwalker. Bigelow was friends with Harry Reid, and Reid visted them a couple of times for their board meetings discussing results and experiments. Edgar Mitchell was always interested in conciousness studies, and was involved in setting up the SRI Stargate program, and there is storys of him doing experiments when he went to the moon. Which is probably where Bigelow was introduced to the idea. When Harry Reid decided to start his own investigation Bigelow was awarded the contract which he ran through Bigelow Aerospace though a company he setup called BAASS. his NIDS employees he had worked for BAASS, and then the DOD hired people through AAWSAP like Jim Lacatski.. Bigelow i think became more interested in conciousness studies and life after death after the death of his wife. Tom Delong i think is gullible and belives every UFO story, old videos of him seem quite crazy with his stories. his obsession with UFO's is what got him into doing TTSA, but the storys he tells are from his own "research" its not what people like Hal/Elizondo were telling him.. in Jacques Vallee's diaries he writes about the storys Tom is telling him that he's being told by the generals he's talking to, and cant belive how nonsense they are, or why Delong belives them (basically Annie Jacobson and Linda Howe storys).. TTSA was never going to work which is why i think everyone left it..

Vol6 is 2010 to 2019.. I'm up to Jan 2019 now.. 35 pages left to read.. he spent that decade mainly hanging out with Garry Nolan, Eric Davis, Kit Gree, Hal Puthoff, Colm Kelloher still in contact with Robert Bigelow.. he was also meeting with Tom Delong and writes about the silly storys the Generals were telling delong which he was beliving.. no menrion of Lue Elizondo at all till the TTSA launch.. I was kind of disapointed as Vallee was involved in Bluebook/Stargate/NIDS/AAWSAP.. but absolutly nothing about AATIP was mentioned at all
