Stan Lee, yknow he was someone that didn't necessarily have a problem with having a name next to his, but he did have a problem with saying, for example, Steve Ditko co-created Spider-Man because the idea was Stan's.
Bob Kane, however, robbed Bill Finger of a life he deserved.
Stan Lee was a bit of a fraud but we shouldn’t group him with Bob Kane. Stan failed to give proper credit at times, and romanticized stories to make the creation of Marvel sound more incredible and less argumentative than it was

Absolutely no problem! This is a clip from his stand-up from years ago, and you can see the pure muscle control he has in Clint Eastwood alone. Which was a trick he would later implement in Bruce Almighty. The Grinch stems from his Jack Nicholson.

I think there was also a nuance in the writing that got walked back. That whole concept of "When you can do things I can, but you don't, that's on you" was very obviously meant to be the "great power, great responsibility" substitute.

The choices made between Peter and MJ, especially in SM3, note how they are both flawed individuals that have very common wants and needs they still need to work on with each other.
It's a very real portrayal.

If nothing else, I'm glad "Furiosa" is reminding people that action as a genre peaked with "Mad Max: Fury Road" and that if you chose not to see it in theaters, you sorely missed out.
I would strongly recommend not making the same mistake twice next year.

In all fairness, this worked for me personally knowing he was walking around in that huge tank of a suit. Something about the choreography felt natural.
But going forward, if he's meant to evolve and grow, then yeah, I'd say ideally seeing something less clunky would work.

I think if they had taken a chance on this 20 some years ago, this wouldn't have been nearly an issue, just because the DCAU was really hitting its stride for both kids and adults.
By the time MOS rolled around, it had been gone for a while
That’s been DC’s problem for a while now, they think their fans/potential fans have an encyclopedic knowledge of their brand and the characters and universes when people only actually know Batman, Superman, Flash, and some Wonder Woman, and they only care about so much of it

Because ultimately, James Bond will always return, so it's a franchise that can creatively take risks like that.

He flat out admitted Year One was what he wanted to adapt after Forever and keep it true to the story.
