A second man has been charged in relation to an incident where a man was allegedly assaulted and later died in 2020. A 30-year-old Banks man was arrested yesterday in Hume and ACT Policing will allege that both this man and the 21-year-old, who was charged with manslaughter on Thursday, participated in an assault on a 46-year-old man at a gathering at a home in Banks in April 2020. The 30-year-old has been charged with one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and is scheduled to face the ACT Magistrates Court today. More
