The parent that doesn't have full custody of their kids is obligated to pay to help take care of the them. It goes by income of the parent responsible for paying it.

@MaryJBlurb @JoeyMar101 From what I hear from people with knowledge about this stuff is they likely suffered the pain from implosion for around 5 seconds before dying. Not long but enough to feel it happen. If it imploded it was probably sudden at least so there was no terrifying build up to it.
