An idea even more deranged has been proposed, the mass deportation of Palestinians and the annexation of #Gaza by the US. After the second world war, the US supported the absolute prohibition on forcible transfer, deportation and annexation - practices of the Axis Powers of colonization and extermination - which the Allied Powers opposed.
