Tips/trick Crossing occluded vessels , then passing wire through the fragmented tip , then small coronary ablloon 2 mm diameter crossed through fragment and inflated distally acting as snare holding the fragemnt over the wire while pulling the wire / inflated balloon inside the guide catheter with the fragmented tip

Another self expandable percutaneous pulmonary valve (Harmony-by Medtronic) Added in our center for patient with large right ventricular out flow tract and dysfunction , was great to work a colleague and pioneer form the best center in USA (TCH,Houston)
