We’ve looked at how many formal ward & dept assessments we’ve done since 2021:the relaunch of Assessment & Accreditation. It’s around 117! 🤩 so many meaningful conversations & interactions with patients, families & staff. So many QI initiatives & learning. #proud of the teams😄
