Really like McNeil. In my previous job a couple of years back we looked after a Burnley player at the time & he said that he’s so talented & a nightmare to train against. Said that he has a big future with the way he’s going. Encouraging to hear now that he’s at Everton.

Overall, I'm happy with the recruitment at Everton. The right moves were made and the decisions were shrewd. Striker position yes, an addition would have been good, but genuinely I think now, a 'fully fit' team, we can complete well in the league.
