Just found out before Scotsman came back into services in 2016, it was supposed to actually be in service way earlier with plans having the overhaul being done in a year in 2006 but then got moved and 2011 was another year it was supposed to get back into service until faults-

I think i found the original basis and class that Gnordorn was based on and the exact engine too
This was the only photo that existed of the Prototype of the LNR/GNER A11 class no.1571 “London Northern” named after the LNR. Tho it also went with “Great Gordon”.
