Met Police say Oquaine Simpson, 19, of Dacres Road, SE23, has been charged with attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon. The charges have been brought after an 18-year-old man was left critically wounded following a stabbing on Prince Imperial Road, Shooters Hill, SE18, on the afternoon of Monday 6 January. BREAKING: A 14-year-old child has been stabbed to death on a bus in #Woolwich. The schoolboy was on a 472 bus on Woolwich Church Road, SE18, where he was attacked and stabbed multiple times. Emergency services rushed to the scene at around 2:28pm however the child was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. At this stage no arrests have been made and a crime scene remains in place. The tragedy comes after an 18-year-old man was left fighting for his life in hospital after he was stabbed on nearby Prince Imperial Road near to Shooters Hill Sixth Form College yesterday afternoon. A young man has died in hospital after a car rammed into pedestrians in central London on Christmas Day. The victim has been named by the Met Police as 25-year-old Aidan Chapman (pictured below). Emergency services were called to the West End on Shaftesbury Avenue, W1, at 00:45. Aidan’s death is now being treated as a murder investigation.
