as we know, some branches actually encourage scalping. and because the vip sc is a sold out tier, many scalper tix may be voided if the number of printed tix exceed the allocated number. to make sure the scalped tix push through, many branches would take note of-

basically, the ticket id printed on our ticket didn't match the one on the system. that's why it was invalid and missing from the system when smtix checked.
however, smtix didn't even bother checking the ctrl number and just proceeded to request for refund.

my companions for ftb day 2 bought tickets on-site at an sm branch in batangas during the gensale and were able to secure 3 tickets for vip gold b (paid in cash) at 12:07 PM. the whole transaction went smoothly and we were able to get the printed tickets right after.

we asked them to explain what happened and they said they didn't know. all they can tell us was that the tickets are void and that we can no longer have the tickets replaced because our tier is already sold out. what they can only do for us is to process the refund for 60 days.

we went to the same smtix branch we bought the tickets from to get this checked and apparently are ticket ids are nowhere to found (and yes! all 3 tickets we bought are not there).

unfortunately, the moa branch just insisted on processing the refund because there's no way for them to validate our tickets anymore as they have been deemed void. we asked them to coordinate with lnph but they also insisted that it would be very difficult to have this resolved.

for those who want to do a quick verification of your follow tour bulacan tickets:
only try to book shuttle bus tickets for the day that's on your ticket. if you're attending day 1, only try to book jan 13 bus shuttles. same goes for day 2. otherwise mag-invalid talaga. :)

2. may ticket na kayong nabili for that day
3. system error, try again in 24 hrs
