Good morning! You may or may not know this but during Open Mic LIVE or even a few days during Dare to be Great I have shared that I am drinking a @KILLCLIFF that has CBD. There are two versions. One is like an energy drink and the other is straight CBD. Both are delicious. My question is what is the perception of CBD in public safety? I know many people who use it and there are a few people in public safety who have gone on podcasts to talk about the benefits of it. So what are your thoughts. And remember, CBD is different from THC. Don't get me wrong, there are versions that have both and some CBD products could cause you to fail a drug test, BUT there are many THC-FREE CBD products that will NOT cause you to fail. This is the reality of working hard and believing in what you do. Especially when you’re on your own. They say consistency is KEY but do you see that bottom one? That is the reality. What makes it work is discipline. It’s not all fun and games. It’s not all trips and good times. It’s NOT easy. It takes time. It takes patience and when things get hard and you question your worth you remember why you started in the first place. You step back and reflect on the wins and the goals.
