Discovering someone with whom I’ve never interacted has preemptively blocked me is always fascinating. It's somewhat unsurprising when someone on the Left does it, but I’d never imagine I upset the Right so much that they would, too.
@themarketswork @politiwars No. Congress, not FEMA, created the SSP (Shelter and Services Program) in December 2022 via the FY23 Omnibus, but it merely replaced an earlier program, the Emergency Food and Shelter Program-Humanitarian (EFSP-H), itself created in July 2019, by Title III of Pub.L. 116-26.

@elonmusk Fun Fact: The 1990 Omnibus expressly prohibited prosecution of various Social Security fraud-related offenses committed by aliens whose status was adjusted, i.e., they were granted a Green Card under several Acts in the 1980s including the IRCA, aka the 1986 amnesty.

@EarthOne_13 @denvertigrz @hahnalytics @JamesSurowiecki @Lalvahoo I’m familiar with it, but am still unsure what it has to do with Panamá.
@betterltthannvr @CBSNews @CBS @margbrennan @JDVance "The Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act of 1998 [sic]" isn't the 1961 Foreign Assistance Act, and despite Bridgeman's suggestion, 22 U.S.C. § 6563(a) didn't "establish[] USAID" it merely acknowledged the aforementioned agency and 1/2
