After the Dr Martens era & the money had long dried up, and Rushden & Diamonds were at our most hopeless in the time I'd followed them, Justin Edinburgh came in and united us. He gave us hope, built a family and also guided the club through our darkest day. A true gent. RIP

The level our fans go to regularly to support our Club is insane, and I often think I've seen it all. When a fan pays for a coach out of their own pocket and instructs us to set a minimal ticket price to ensure as many people as possible can get to the game. Different level!.

Cannot give enough credit to the whole team. We received notification of the possibility of this at around 10am. By midday everything was mobilised to give it the green light. For a club without their own ground and run almost exclusively by volunteers, that ain't bad. 💎💎💎.

Terrible from the Greatest Competition in the world. The opportunity for non-league clubs to "force a replay" and head to some of the bigger grounds in the country is where the magic is, as well as the financial rewards that can impact budgets for seasons to come. Awful 🤮.

Sometimes in football "mutual agreement" can be used to camouflage something else or save face. In this instance, that really isn't the case. In our conversation this morning, both Chris and I agreed that parting ways was best for both Chris and the club.

It’s all well and good turning off comments, but further explanation is required here. As a Club, we’re unable to call a game off the night before if the pitch is waterlogged. If this is due to inability to field a team then postponement isn’t correct course of action.

Captain, leader, legend!. Paul Underwood was signed as an attacking player but made the left back position his own. He made 300+ appearances, won the Conference title and captained us to the Division Three title. Paul Underwood is arguably the greatest RDFC Legend.
