@emirates flight with change via @flydubai is the worst thing to go thru on a long flight. Feels like on is on a local bus, tight seats, air stewards with very poor basic etiquette and training, ill managed terminals, not enough seating and zero crowd management 🙄🙄

@emirates shit customer service and even worse staff at airport, onward flight passengers left stranded, no notification, no option to book other airlines and no idea how long you’ll stuck at point of origin

@O2 I’ve had an account with O2 for 13yrs n wanted to retain number while travelling. I was asked to buy a pay as you go sim & have my number transferred to it. I requested this on 16th Feb but till 19th number hadn’t transferred, many long calls n emails later I still don’t know

@O2 I have no signals on my phone and have missed an important doctors video consultation due to this. I complained about connectivity issues only today morning and now have no signals??? It says O2 has switched off 4G on this phone what the hell?????? Shit service

@TfL Than this option should be available on your website so customers don’t have to spend 2 hours trying to get money back for being incorrectly charged on their oyster?

@TfL it’s painful to get thru your refund lines why don’t you have an option to submit a refund form online??? Twice since Friday have been on hold for 2hrs to get a £6.00 refund on my oyster. Is this why you make it so difficult so you don’t have to pay back customers 😡

@AvantiWestCoast wasted over 4 hrs this morning trying to speak to someone about a cancelled Avanti west coast service for 23rd sept morning ticket. @thetrainline wouldn’t give a straight answer saying we have no guarantee we can board one before/after- disgusting how customers are treated

@NatWest_Help horrible service being treated like a ball tossed around from one person to the next and than call disconnected. This is the standard of service one gets after being with a bank for 12yrs….pathetic is the only word
