@Seidlitz_Ed @SallyBarnesTX I love to start with helpful phrases, especially "instead of I dont know". I give each student a copy and the post an additional copy on my wall. Makes me giddy when students use the phrases without prompt!

My students LOVE the circumlocution game! Also did ask, ask, switch to develop vocabulary strategies in asking the opposite of a concept.
Off we go!! Spanish 3 played conversational Jenga while AP Spanish 4 was introduced to cirumlocution game —#7stepsWL describe words to a partner to get them to say the select words. @langchatPLN @WeAreGRHS @Elisabeth13 @Seidlitz_Ed
