Remembering those days na naging HEAD ako ng COVID WARD, walang uwian and patayan ang schedule, tipong magbabalot ka na lang ng patay dahil sa COVID VIRUS. Kada POSITIVE RT-PCR Result ako, asymptomatic parati. Ni ubo o lagnat wala akong sintomas. Lakas ko kay LORD eversince. 💪🫣

Alam kong isa ako sa pinakamalakas na PLHIV not just mentally but also physically. Second time around ko na tong POSITIVE sa RT-PCR. I'm a COVID patient again, but always asymptomatic.

Update: Ka-Close ko naman yung dalawang Staff sa Hub, Re-Schedule ako sa Tuesday for Refill and Labs. Itatago daw nila ako dun sa dalawang kakilala kong staff (Si Senior at si Supervisor).

In my case, isang tao lang ang nakakaalam ng status ko. Even my family, friends and co-workers ay walang alam. 💪🏻
One of the hardest things about HIV is not about the condition itself, it's how you tell someone you love or trust. This take time and a lot of courage for sure, but then again, you are not forced to disclose anyone anything. This is up to you.

Ang daming nangyari. I know 2021 wasn't a good one pero i know that i can make it through 2022. Twice na-COVID but still thankful, asymptomatic and also vaccine (booster) is helping me to overcome this pandemic while working sa COVID WARD.

Guys! 2 Days na akong nalelate sa pag-inom ng ARV. 7-8am ko sya iniinom pero nakakainom ako mga lunch time na. Tulog kasi ako sa umaga at mag gising pag-gabi. Pwede bang magpalit ako ng oras? Any suggestions?

Yes! But hindi ka na hahantong sa Severe case. Nakadepende pa din sa Immune System at CD4 Cells mo. Ako kasi 1300+ pa, and Nurse ako sa Covid-Ward so prone talaga mahawa.
