Calling on my fam... we gotta brother right now who's in a dark place. He's hurting and said the demons are loud. For obv reasons no name, but he'll see this. Let him know we fight together. Show him he's got us as a family.
Got word on Friday my dad tested + for covid. Just now my mom's rushing him to hospital bc he's not well. If you know my dad, you know he's gotta be really bad to go there. If y'all are the praying type I could really use some.
So Alek Baldwin says he was told that the gun he was handed was safe and unloaded. Can anyone who's ever handled firearms tell me the first rule when handed a gun?

I can't like this enough. Is it bad I've watched it about 10 times? That's what it's gonna come down to. These lil bitches think they can do whatever they want until they run up on the guy concealing. Just glad he liked like he had some sort of training to use it.
Anyone living with PTSD and/or survivors guilt will tell you that the holidays can be tough. The constant questions of "why me" and "what could I have done different" are always there. Reach out to our brothers and sisters. Be there for them. Listen to them. Be their shoulder...
We might kid other branches but we've earned that right. Under the uniforms we all bleed the same. To all that have served in our armed forces and to all our first responder vets, I stand and say thank you.
Survivors guilt, like PTSD, is a real thing. Endless sleepless nights asking why not me. What did I have to offer? Why? Now I know. Now I have purpose.
1 of the worst things a person with PTSD can do is shut ppl out bc we think we'll be judged or looked at differently if we ask for help. We need them to know its actually stronger to ask for help than trying to go thru things alone.
