1. Busy schedule As I started working night shifts, I was sleeping all day and moving all night. I didn’t really have the time to eat anything and only ate 1 meal before work. At home I would automatically go in bed after my 10 hours shift 😅.

2. Eating habits I usually crave a lot of unhealthy food but as I was barely eating anything all day I was craving something nutritious that would fill me for a while. I started eating better for the few meals I had.

4. Fasting As I was always busy and barely eating like I said, I was constantly in a fast/ketosis which burned a lot of my weight!

3. Staying active I would walk to and from work everyday which gave me a good amount of steps in. I also do horse riding classes for 90minutes every Sunday!

Update on my weight loss; I lost over 7lbs in 10 days. After 3 days of eating back to ‘normal’ I’ve only gained 0.60lbs I’m now at 7lbs down on the dot in April A win is a win! 🏆 Let’s all say bye to that weight definitely 👋🏻

Wow this might be the best wake up 📞 I’ve ever gotten to prove myself I really lost a lot! This skirt wouldn’t even zip up & was hard to get past my thighs. I bought it online last summer and lost it after putting it away bc it was too small. Now I can zip it up entirely! 🤯🩷
