I don’t know when the last time the Lady Purples lost a district game but Greenwood had every chance a couple weeks ago, tonight they finish the job. WOW!

Last nite in Albany coach Nick Irwin was finally able to get that signature win he’s been looking for since taking over for Todd Messer. Clinton County defeated Monroe 52-49 to win the 4th Region All A Championship!

FS Lady Cats are the real deal. They are off to a 2-0 start as they have given up only 55 points through two games and has scored more than that in one game alone. Good guard play and two extremely talented post players in LaRresha Cawthron and Kloie Smith.

Warren East defeated Glasgow 3 times during the regular season but the fourth time was a charm for the Scotties as they punch their ticket to Diddle!
Tonight’s game winning shot by Glasgow. Glasgow 59, Warren East 56. Glasgow move to 9-16 and will face Barren County in championship Friday. Warren East closes season at 19-11.
