I just ran my first ever half marathon which includes a new 5 & 10k PB 🎉 I am so proud of myself ❤️

Went to the lake to pick up a voucher and had a few hours spare -decided to hire a bike and go off for a few hours. 14 miles later 🚴🏽♀️ #lakevyrnwy #bikeride

I have signed up for something totally out of my comfort zone, that will teach me new skills, and test me to my limits. Im a little nervous but also really excited to learn something new! 😬😅

We’ve enjoyed a lovely day out today- a walk through the forest and then my son and i ran a 1.5 mile trail run. Our first run together ❤️ super proud of him!

Needed to get out for some fresh air so decided to get the bike out! A beautiful day for a 13 mile bike tide along the canal to a local nature reserve 🚴🏽♀️🚴🏽♀️🚴🏽♀️

Walked Cadair Idris this morning - got up and out whilst everyone else was still sleeping and walked to the peak. Thick fog was a new one for me and tested my navigation skills, was glad to get home 🏡
