Large Force Exercises launched by MAGs 11 and 13 yielded high-fidelity training for fourth and fifth-generation fighters. LFE featured defensive counter-air and strike missions, allowing Marine Corps aviators to stay ahead of the pacing threat and adapt to emerging challenges.

Back from Combat #Marines with VMFA-314 returned home after a 5-month deployment with Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 3. In the first combat employment of F-35C Lightning IIs, the “Black Knights” conducted multiple strikes on Houthi weapons storage facilities within Yemen.
