Even though I'm still fat I "feel" skinner when walking around my campus. like I'm not as horribly socially anxious as I was last yr. Which only furthers my point that losing weight will solve pretty much 100% of my social anxiety

I was unpacking yesterday with my partner and sibling and my gf asked me if I had eaten at all today & I was like yeah, & they said "well you dont eat for like 12 hours a day so im just checking" and my brother said how "yeah he'll eat if I cook for him, but only sometimes" 😭😭

So Im home alone today so I wanted to try to workout high so I hit my pen then ran/walked the track for a while to get 6k in. And wow..it felt SO good, I loveee running while high& I find exercise feels sooo good while high.

I think it's good and I wish it was more affordable. Even if it's just you have a frustrating job or family or situations going on, it can be good to talk it out with an unrelated source so you don't take it out on others around you or get overwhelmed with everything
