@gomesafc @ArseCannonPics Before you try and quote rules without knowing the rules…. Rice kicks the ball away therefore there was no opportunity for the free kick to be taken. If the free kick it taken and the ball is rolling then it will be retaken.

@ArseCannonPics Rice was definitely correct, the trossard one, he did kick it away but hard to know with stadium noise etc how intentional it was

@ArseCannonPics Both of those were technically correct decisions. Particularly Rice who intentionally stopped a quick restart. Robertson got a yellow card for kicking the ball away today and there wasn't even a quick restart going to take place.

@fkhanage @pgmol Arsenal player were not given bans… Slot was shown a red card, as was Jones. Those will actually lead to bans
