i think superman would dislike fireworks. they are loud and they smell bad and every year, without fail, someone gets the smart idea to try and hit him with one, to which he always stops and gives them a very disappointed look, because that’s not very nice.

re: stepdad bruce. jon and kon are more protective of bruce than clark is. clark knows to stay out of gotham unless bruce asks for superman to be there. the superboys don’t care. gothams villains get their shit rocked by a 10 year old and a teenager for kicking batman too hard.
