@ctsehockey @Abrew2014 @usahockey @HockeyCanada Compared to Canadian associations, many US associations have many more full time staff per players registeredโฆand will have coaches receiving stipends at the A & AA level vs relying solely on volunteers!

How do we fix this????
In my 2 years running @200footcoaching Iโve Noticed: Youth Hockey Associations in @usahockey are largely over staffed Canadian associations under @HockeyCanada are massively under staffed There must be a way to bridge the gap between For profit and Not for Profit
