The saga continues @VirginAtlantic who have still not refunded or replied with any assistance to my messages . I only seek a refund, I started the process 10 minutes after making a mistake in my reservation. Virgin are not receptive to clients who seek off line assistance

@VirginAtlantic they do not accept Amex as a method to refund, even though they were paid that way and their system somehow rejects my email address. All done to make a refund difficult

@VirginAtlantic continues to make a simple cancellation into a difficult situation. It should be simple I booked with Amex used my email address. They need to simply reverse the process

@VirginAtlantic I made a booking 1p minutes later I realised I’m made a mistake, Unlike BA I cannot get the cancellation refunded on line . Forms to fill in emails and messages. Too much aggregation ! Book @British_Airways in future note for Richard Branson @richardbranson

@VAtlanticheIpp I have done all that. You agent sent me a form. It does not accept my email address. I paid with Amex , it only wants a Mastercard ! All I want is my money and miles back.With BA If you cancel ,amend a booking it all happens on line. None of this filling forms loads of messages
