And I know some Nigerians that have decided to buy homes here instead of the overpriced houses in Lagos though still owns maybe 1 or two there. But sure owns more here.👇🏽
Just driving round a neighborhood in Cape Town, mind you everybody owns homes here including Nigerians and black South Africans if you are a rich Nigerian you can get a house here as little as 3.5m rands $200k maybe 300m naira cheap right?
